The most common types of Tray Signage include non-illuminated basic Tray Signage, fret-cut with push-through lettering, fret-cut and backed up with acrylic, and Tray Signage with stand-off Built-Up Letters.

Manufacturing Methods

Made to specification, our team of makers combine a mix of modern and traditional techniques to ensure your Tray Signage is manufactured to the highest standard. 

 

  • Shoulder cutting of acrylic lettering for increased strength and rigidity.
  • Big head screws fitted for further strength and to ensure the acrylic is secure.
  • Oshino LEDs are fitted in all signs for effecient and high performing illumination.

Tools of the Trade

All Tray Signage is fabricated using state-of-the-art signmaking machinery. To help make your projects a reality some of the tools we use include: 

  • 4m x 2m AXYZ CNC router which allows for Tray Signs to be made in one piece. 
  • 6m x 1.5m AXYZ Tool Changing CNC router.
  • 5m powder coating spray unit. 
  • 6m x 4m powder coating batch oven. 
  • 100T press brake allows for a perfect 90 degree bend.
